Lab Solutions has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to join a global Environmental company based in Deeside.The role of Team Leader would be to support the management of the busy Sample Reception and Preparation Sections of the Laboratory. Responsibilities include;

  • Prioritise, allocate and monitor workload
  • manage staff training
  • Investigate QC failures and implement corrective actions
  • Carry out quality audit actions
  • Maintain achievement of throughput and turnaround targets
  • Problem solve any technical queries
  • Organise and manage improvement processes
  • Monitor equipment performance

The successful candidate will have previous people management experience and must be results driven. You will be organised, be able to prioritise to meet deadlines and have the ability to manage change.
