Business Manager-Medical Services

Lab Solutions is working on behalf of an amazing organisation who is changing lives of people suffering with a neurological disorder.

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager who has prior experience working on a clinical or similar setting.

The role would involve overseeing the day to day management of Medical Services including Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Service (TDM) and MRI Unit. Preparing the unit for change and development in line with approved future strategies and business plan. Your responsibilities will include managing the people involved and performance targets to ensure appropriate use of budgets, solving complex challenges and driving innovative solutions to overcome obstacles. Working closely with an experienced and supportive leadership team you will maximise potential commercial opportunities as well as ensuring the service is able to and deliver approved research goals.

This role is a Hybrid role working 3 days on site, the location is a beautiful rural setting and has an amazing team.
