Technology Lead

Lab Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational security company and they are currently looking for a Technology Lead to join their innovative team.

The purpose of the role is to develop high quality and innovative products to meet business development needs. To lead short, medium and lomg-term customer technical projects and development projects to manage technical risks and within agreed timelines. To meet and collaborate with customers, internal sales and business development to recommend and formulate appropriate technical solutions.

You will be involved in development projects to deliver new security inks and features to meet market demand, identify technologies and create novel new products and communicate regular project status updates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and have the ability to work with customers, sales and manufacturing teams to develop suitable products and resolve any performance issues, you will also have detailed knowledge of liquid inks formulation, printing and end use requirements. You will also have the ability to formulate new products and have a structured approach to managing projects.

If you have proven work experience in surface coatings industry with a proven track record in new product development and have experience as a supervisor or project leader. Have a comprehensive understanding of product formulation of relevant products and how formulation changes affect the application performance then we want to hear from you!
