I would highly recommend working with Matthew. He has filled a substantial number of our roles – many of which were not easy to fill, but he never gave up on any of these positions (as in my experience, frustratingly, many other agents do).
He has a down to earth and fun approach. He always takes time to understand your needs (both technically and from a team-fit perspective) and thinks long term: can the candidate do the job, are they a team fit and are they going to stay long term.
The main difference between Lab-Sol and other Agencies is that they are not focused on Sales quotas or monthly bonuses (like many other Recruitment Agencies) - so Matt’s not pushing candidates in order to get his end quarter bonus – and rather therefore is focused on the real job at hand: finding the right candidate.
